Just Live R.A.W. started in 2008 when I was in massage school. During this time I created Bliss Balls, a raw cacao based cookie recipe I had developed to keep me more alert and focused on school. I started making them for myself but soon my classmates wanted in too and I started making them on request and making extra cash. After a month or so a close friend of mine who was my best customer said we could start selling them on a bigger level. My excitement grew and we started brainstorming name ideas. I knew I wanted to honor my sister, Jennifer Lynn Reynolds somehow and someway because she was the reason I was at the level of health I was at and had healed myself of Hypothyroidism. I thought what if we use her initials to come up with the name? The name JUST LIVE RAW just came out of my mouth as if it were divine inspiration or my sister speaking through me. The Just Live Raw name really resonated with me and was created with big dreams but then I didn't want to move forward mainly due to fear and my perfectionistic tendencies and wanting to honor my sisters life in the most perfect way possible. I teetered for years starting a blog and stopping, again because of fear. Through the transformational work of breathwork in 2020 I was able to break through barriers and finally take on the project that I held so near and dear to my heart because it was in honor of my sister, my best friend, my mentor, my first health coach. 

For me, Just Live R.A.W. is a way of life. 

It's living life inspired by my sister Jennifer who was so wise and left us far too early. 

It's being kind.

It's living your life with passion and purpose

It's not being afraid to take chances when it's something that truly resonates with your being

It's treating your body like a temple as best as you can.

It's putting positivity out there into the universe.

It's being your true and REAL authentic self.

It's loving people unconditionally.

It's about believing in yourself and believing in others too
