We go in depth in the LIVE REAL pillar of our 1-on-1 coaching program but you can start living REAL today by doing any of these below NOW:


  • Eat real food as close to it's natural state as possible 
  • Eat organic whenever possible
  • Load up on veggies all colors of the rainbow
  • Create whole food recipes
  • Try some of our recipes on our whole food blog Nutrient Dense City COMING SOON!
  • Look up whole food recipes online but avoid recipes that are not whole food based
  • Don't eat food with questionable ingredients. If you can't pronounce it most likely isn't REAL and was made in a lab
  • Avoid unnatural food dyes and yes this includes red dye 40
  • Avoid known toxins such as fluoride

  • Live in the moment
  • Say a prayer or give thanks before each meal
  • If you have indigestion, gas or bloating start keeping track of what you eat and how it makes you feel
  • Become AWARE of other toxins and avoid them as much as you can
  • Be with those who help your being -Rumi
  • When you take your first bite of food try closing your eyes and become AWARE of all of the sensations going on.
  • Slow down when you eat
  • Eat your food more thoroughly
  • Stop eating when you are full
  • Become AWARE of your breath

  Living WELL is the result of going through pillar 1 + LIVE REAL & pillar 2 + LIVE AWARE. We go in depth in the LIVE WELL pillar of our 1-on-1 coaching program but you can start your JOURNEY towards living WELL today by implementing all of the bullet points in the first two pillars, LIVE REAL & LIVE AWARE.
